among the most conservative and safest methods available in health care today.
In fact, in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Agency for Health
Care Policy and Research recommends treatment, "Manipulation, defined
as manual loading of the spine using short or long leverage methods, is safe
and effective for patients in the first month of acute low back symptoms without
